Interactive Floor Plan

If you do a floor plan and photos I can add an interactive floor plan to MLSPIN for and extra $25 this includes 8 still shots on the floor plan. If you are also doing a virtual tour the interactive floor plan gets added to the virtual tour that shows up on MLSPIN and in Realtor.com.

Virtual Tours:

I will post the tour to Realtor.com & MLS-Pin. The tour will have a unique website address that will be sent to you & your office administrator for posting on your personal web sites if you are not pulling from MLS already.

~4 scenes = $80

~Each additional scene = $18

Discount pricing: when combined with a floor plan.

~Each additional scene = $14

Floor plans or still photos created by us can be added to your tour at no extra charge.

Virtual Tour Business Card CD's

Business Card sizes and shaped CD's that will play in any computer. The full version of your tour with the addition of a property description and room names and sizes can be added. Your agency branding & contact info will be printed on the top of the CD. Send someone home with a CD to play back for their family without having to go on the Internet and find it.

1-31 = $3.00 each

32+ = $2:50 each

Photography:

Multiple shots of the exterior and one shot of each room. Wide-angle lenses and professional lighting will be used. Photos can be emailed to you, your office administrator or delivered to you on a CD.

~Still Photography = $80

I use one of the shots I have already taken of one of your sales. The photo is manipulated to look like a painting and printed on canvas. I then mount it and frame it without glass. $45 extra for a new photo shoot.

All frames are 2" wide and not solid wood.

Head Shots

Broker head shots with 2 different options.

1) I will come to your office and set up on a day that works for the office. The fee is $50 per broker for a 10-15 minute sitting. For this rate their should be 8 or more brokers having shots done on the same day.

2)Second option is for a 1 hour private sitting at your home or outdoors for $200.

Both options include the image of your choice to be photoshoped. This could include, cropping, softening and smoothing the skin, erasing blemishes or stray hairs
